Captriq is a product of Bright Leap Solutions, LLC, a North Carolina-based company. We provide web screenshot and capture services to help you document and archive web content.

What We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), and subscription plan
• Usage Data: Screenshot captures, URLs processed, storage usage, and feature activity
• Payment Information: Handled securely by Stripe (we never store your credit card details)

How We Use It

• To Provide the Service: Process captures, manage your account, and deliver features
• To Communicate Updates: Send service notifications, billing reminders, and important announcements
• To Improve Performance: Analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, and optimize the platform

AI Training: We do not use your screenshots, URLs, or any uploaded content to train AI models.

How We Store It

• Hosting: All data is hosted on Supabase servers located in the United States
• Security: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Processing: Screenshots are processed automatically by our capture system and are not reviewed manually by humans
• Deletion: When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days in encrypted form before being permanently deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data at any time
• Update or correct your account information
• Opt out of marketing communications

Analytics and Cookies

We use minimal analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand basic usage patterns. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
